Defective/DOA Products 

If you receive defective product (s), please contact Customer Service at la.customerservice@ingrammicro.com to obtain a RMA Number. 

How to Obtain a RMA Number

In order to process your request, the following information is requested:

·         Ingram Micro account number

·         Account name

·         Name

·         Phone number and extension

·         Ingram Micro invoice number

·         Invoice date

·         Ingram Micro part numbers and quantities

·         Description of request or issue

·         Serial number

·         Reason of RMA

·         Product Conditions

 

Please fill out the RMA Request Form.Please print it, sign it and send it back to us by email at la.customerservice@ingrammicro.com 

 

Return Facility Addresses

Ingram Micro processes returns on the West and East Coast or Miami facility. Contact Ingram Micro Customer Service at la.customerservice@ingrammicro.com to select the proper location for authorized returns.

Packaging Returns

·         Returning package must be 100% sealed.

·         Reference the Ingram Micro RMA Number on the shipping label only.

·         Return the product in original packaging and all documents and components. Failure to do so may result the product being retclassified as overgoods.

·         Do not write on the manufacturer’s box. Writing on the manufacturer’s box will deem the product as non-resalable and the product will be classified as overgoods.

·         Must comply with Hazmat international rules requirements

·         Only approved SKU will be accepted

 

 

Will-Call Returns

Ingram Micro warehouses are unable to accept or process product returns delivered to will call stations.

Overgoods

All products returned to Ingram Micro that do not meet the original requirements for that return will be classified as overgoods. Products must be retrieved from our warehouse facility, if products are not been pick up, the units will be destroy after 30 days

 

Manufacturer Policies

Some manufacturers require that all defective and DOA products be returned directly to them, or they may limit the timeframe in which you can return products.
