Step 1 - Review Reseller Requirements

Please check the following requirements:

Reseller Application Form signed by an Authorized Officer (President, CEO, CFO, Legal Representative or Owner)

English | Español | Portuguese

Articles of Incorporation.
Resale Tax Certificate (U.S. Exporters).
Copy of Municipal Patent & Certificado de Exencion (Puerto Rico)
Financial Statements - Last two (2) years (Only if requesting credit terms)
All reseller applications are subject to a refundable $50 process fee. Payment may be made with Discover, MasterCard or Visa Credit Card Authorization Form Application Fee.(American Express is not accepted). The application fee will be refunded after 90 calendar days to new customers whose accounts show net sales of $2,000 or more in billed product during the first 90 calendar days after the opening of the account.

A - If you DO NOT HAVE an Ingram Micro Miami Export Account & you want to open a NEW account in Costa Rica, review the following requirements

Costa Rica Distributor Application Form for New Accounts signed by an Authorized Official (President, CEO, CFO, Legal Representative or Owner)
Legal Entitlement
Financial Statements - Last 2 (two) years (Only if you apply for credit terms)
2 (two) reference letters

B - If you ALREADY HAVE an Ingram Micro Miami Export Account & you want to open an Account in Costa Rica, review the following requirements

Costa Rica Distributor Application Form for Existing Accounts signed by an Authorized Official (President, CEO, CFO, Legal Representative or Owner)
Legal Entitlement
Financial Statements - Last 2 (two) years (Only if you apply for credit terms)
2 (two) reference letters

Instructions for Completion:

Check the credit limit increase request / terms checkbox
Fill out the requested net terms amount of the credit limit
Provide copies of two (2) years of financial statements
Provide three (3) commercial references
Provide one (1) bank reference
